Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the service. Depending on how you use KHOR, this may include:

1.1 Account information

• Name and email address when you sign up via Google Sign-In or email/password.
• Unique user identifier (uid) assigned by Firebase Authentication.

1.2 Training and biometric profile

• Weight, height, age, gender, fitness goals, and available training days.
• Experience level and training preferences.

1.3 Training data

• Exercises, sets, reps, loads, session duration, and personal records (PRs).
• Active plans, selected programs, and historical progression.

1.4 Optional data

• Daily check-in: sleep, energy, and soreness — used to adjust session volume.
• Medical profile: conditions or injuries you voluntarily declare.
• Nutrition: logged meals and photos you upload for analysis.
• Technique: analyzed videos and exercise scores.

1.5 Technical data

• Device identifiers, app version, language, and error logs (Firebase Crashlytics).
• Aggregated usage data to improve stability and performance.

2. How we use your data

We use your information to:

• Provide and personalize the training, nutrition, and coaching service.
• Calculate volumes, progressions, and recommendations tailored to your profile.
• Sync your data across devices (any registered account).
• Process subscriptions and validate your premium plan status.
• Send training-related notifications, reminders, and check-ins (if you enable them).
• Detect, prevent, and fix technical or security issues.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes or to train external AI models.

3. Artificial intelligence (KHOR AI)

KHOR uses artificial intelligence services (Google Gemini, processed through a secure backend) for coaching, nutrition, technique analysis, and personalized reports.

• Only the data strictly necessary for each requested feature is sent to the model.
• Requests are processed pseudonymously, linked to your account, never publicly.
• We do not use your conversations to train third-party models.

4. Storage and security

Your data is stored as follows:

• Locally on your device using a Room database (SQLite, encrypted at the operating-system level).
• In the cloud (any registered account): Google Firebase Firestore, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• Guest mode works without an account and without cloud backup; data stays on the device only. When you create an account, your local data is migrated to the cloud.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Only you and the app's authorized processes can access your personal training records.

5. Subscriptions (KHOR APEX)

Subscription payments are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. KHOR does not store card numbers or banking details. Your subscription status is validated with Google Play servers.

6. Third-party providers and services

We use the following third-party services to operate KHOR:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, cloud functions, storage, and Crashlytics.
• Google Play Services — sign-in, billing, and app distribution.
• Google Cloud AI / Gemini — AI request processing via a server-side proxy.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing Google's policies where applicable.

7. Your rights and controls

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data stored in the app.
• Correct your profile and records directly in the App.
• Delete your account and all associated cloud data via Settings → Delete account or see khor.web.app/en/delete-account.html.
• Contact us with questions about how your data is processed.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible for the Firebase data associated with your uid.

8. Minors

KHOR is not directed at people under 16. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age or have the legal authorization of a guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without verifiable parental consent.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The current version will be published at khor.web.app/en/privacy.html with its last-updated date. Continued use of KHOR after material changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
