Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of the service

KHOR is an AI-assisted fitness ecosystem. The Service includes, among other features:

• Strength-training tracking and logging.
• Personalized plans, programs, and routines.
• AI-powered coaching, nutrition, and technique analysis.
• Progress tracking, records, and reports.
• Daily check-in and automatic adjustments based on recovery.

KHOR is designed for users who train with weights and want a comprehensive high-performance system.

2. Medical disclaimer

• Not a substitute for professional advice: Consult a licensed physician, physiotherapist, or nutritionist before starting or modifying an exercise program, especially if you have health conditions, are pregnant, or have injuries.
• Assumed risk: Physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. By using KHOR, you declare that you are fit to train or have obtained medical clearance.
• Listen to your body: Immediately stop any movement that causes sharp pain or abnormal discomfort.

KHOR and its developers shall not be liable for injuries, health damage, or accidents resulting from performing routines suggested by the App.

3. Use of artificial intelligence

KHOR AI responses are generated by artificial intelligence algorithms. While we strive for maximum accuracy based on training principles, the AI may:

• Make errors or inaccuracies in load, volume, or technique recommendations.
• Suggest inappropriate exercises in exceptional cases or with incomplete context.
• Fail to detect medical conditions not declared in your profile.

You must apply your own judgment at all times. Do not follow recommendations that contradict professional medical advice.

4. Account and guest mode

• Guest mode: Allows limited features without creating an account. Data is stored locally and may be lost when uninstalling the app.
• Registered account: Required for advanced features, persistent history, and cloud sync.
• Credential responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential.
• Minimum age: You must be over 16 years old or have the legal authorization of a guardian.

5. KHOR APEX (premium subscription)

• KHOR APEX is a paid subscription that unlocks premium features of the ecosystem.
• Payments, renewals, and cancellations are managed exclusively through the Google Play Store.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in the Play Store before the billing period.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play policies.
• Features included in APEX may evolve; we are committed to maintaining reasonable value for active subscribers.

6. Acceptable use

By using KHOR, you agree not to:

• Abuse the APIs, perform automated scraping, or overload the infrastructure.
• Perform malicious reverse engineering or attempt to access unauthorized systems.
• Impersonate identities or use the app for fraudulent purposes.
• Distribute illegal or offensive content, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Interfere with other users' experience or the operation of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The name "KHOR", its logos, software, interface design, AI coach personality, and training algorithms are the exclusive property of their developers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App.
• Your training data belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process it and provide you the Service.
• Commercial use of generated plans outside your personal use, or redistribution of the software, is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• KHOR is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties of specific fitness results.
• We shall not be liable for injuries, data loss beyond what reasonable service requires, third-party outages (Google, Firebase), or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for KHOR APEX in the 12 months preceding the event, if applicable.

9. Modifications to the terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be available at khor.web.app/en/terms.html. Continued use of KHOR after material changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Jurisdiction and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the principal developers' domicile. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
